Rev. Johnny L. "Hurricane" Jones - Jesus Christ from A to Z Released on LP

Rev. Johnny L. "Hurricane" Jones - Jesus Christ from A to Z released on Parlortone/Dust-to-Digital. The album is a great collection of recordings from Rev. Jones’ personal recordings of his services over the years. Rev. Johnny L. Jones stood out for his unique delivery that combined solid theological grounding and moody, explosive flights into a high-turbulence zone between song and speech, earning him a reputation as the Fireball Preacher and more famously, The Hurricane. The project consisted of digitizing hundreds of reel-to-reel and cassette tapes. Audio restoration and mastering by Michael Graves, Osiris Studio.

We take the responsibility of converting our client’s audio artifacts to a digital format very seriously. Usually this is a onetime process for analog media reaching the end of its life. Therefore it is critical that the analog to digital conversion process be performed by only the best converter available. The Prism ADA-8XR is nothing short of state-of-the-art in this regard.
